This posture is easy to maintain when you are a Specialist (the one wearing all the hats and doing the client work) and just outsourcing on a project-basis or working with part-time team members.

This is a critical thing to master so you can build your team as smoothly and quickly as possible.

But, how do you successfully collaborate as you are building your team without acquiescing your stand as the Boss?

There are pieces that you own and pieces in which your team supports you. When these get confused, it can cause a tug-of-war in your own business. That is NOT an option.
